So we’re delighted to announce that we’ve won an award for our ready-made cheeseboard at Olive Magazine’s 2015 Christmas Supermarket Awards. Our delicious and tantalising selection was a recipe for success this year, with our Brie, Manchego and Cheddar proving to be a winning combination!
But our cheeseboard didn’t just triumph on taste – it was also praised for its “exceptionally good value”. Go on, serve something Truly Irresistible at your table this Christmas!

Our own label, Les Pionniers Non-Vintage Champagne has been named best in the market by Which? The panel were impressed with its rich , complex flavour and loved its refreshing citrus flavours and hint of nuttiness. This award follows the success of our exclusive Les Pionniers 2006 Vintage Champagne, which was named the ‘Best Value Champagne’ in the world this summer. We sure know good tasting fizz!
Two of the most prestigious events in this year’s wine calendar - the International Wine Challenge and Decanter World Wine Awards – have recognised the quality and taste of a range of our red, white, rosé and fizz. We have a Malbec, a Pinot Noir and a lovely Chinon in the red category and two fantastic whites: a Viognier and a Sauvignon as well as a fresh and delicate rosé from Provence. And for the fizz lovers, our own Prosecco and our Les Pionniers champagne. Cheers!
Great news: our delicious Truly Irresistible Kashmiri Chicken, Red Onion and Spinach pizza won a gold medal and The Chairman’s Award for product of the year at the 2015 Grocer Own Label awards. Inspired by our passion for the emerging trend of fusion cooking, our pizza team have found a way to combine two of the UK’s best loved cuisines – Italian and Indian! Inspired by traditional naan bread flavours, the base is delicious with the Kashmiri style sauce and aromatic Indian spices. This is definitely one to try.
