Chopped garlic in vinegar

Forget fiddly chopping and garlicky fingers - use our chopped garlic instead of cloves in your cooking for a delicious garlic flavour.

Top tip

A teaspoon of our garlic added to a bit of mayonnaise makes a quick and tasty aioli dip - which is also great in wraps and sandwiches.

Chopped chilli in vinegar

If you’ve ever accidentally rubbed your eyes after chopping chillis, you’ll be happy to hear about our ready-chopped version. Use like for like instead of regular chillies.

Top tip

Stir a dollop through chopped tomatoes to make an instant spicy salsa. Or just add to your favourite curry, casseroles or sauce for added oomph.

Harissa paste

If you’re not familiar with this delicious-smelling paste, it’s well worth giving it a go. It’s such an easy way to add a bit of Middle Eastern warmth and spice to your dishes. Stir through cooked cous cous, spread on flatbreads and add to roasted vegetables, feta cheese and pomegranate seeds. Or use it as an unusual (but very tasty) marinade for lamb.

Top tips
  • Try mixing 1 tablespoon of harissa through 200g cooked cous and serving it with roasted Mediterranean vegetables
  • 1 tbsp of harissa mixed into plain houmous gives it a lovely edge
  • Use as a marinade on lamb steaks for extra depth of flavour
  • Mix with oil and use to coat vegetables and chicken and roast in the oven


Five spice paste

Add Chinese-inspired flavours to your cooking with this brilliant, versatile staple. It can be used to marinate chicken, duck, pork or prawns. It works really well as a stir fry paste (just add veg, noodles and whatever protein you like). And it even goes with prawn won tons or spring rolls. Just add a bit of soy sauce, and use as a dip. Delicious.

Top tips
  • Five Spice can be brushed onto any meat, but is especially good with duck or chicken
  • Stiring a little bit of paste through noodles or rice is a really quick way to add flavour
  • Mix through noodles or rice to add flavour 
  • Rub onto pork ribs during the last 20 mins of cooking. So good.

Paella paste

Paella is a Spanish classic, but making a big warming pan of it doesn’t have to be difficult. Use our ready-made paste with tomato, smoked paprika and saffron flavours (and the recipe that’s right there on the packet) and it gets even easier. If you’re feeling creative, you could even add some to chopped tomatoes to make a base for Spanish chicken casserole, or use it as a topping for Patatas bravas. 

Tomato and herb paste

Rich and delicious, partly thanks to its fire-roasted tomatoes, this tasty paste also contains balsamic vinegar, garlic, onion and parsley for a lovely Mediterranean flavour. It goes really well with white fish like cod, and adds extra flavour to all sorts of tomato based dishes - especially pasta.

Ginger & lime

Brilliant for adding a hint of Oriental flavour to your dishes, this paste has a zesty ginger and lime kick, with a bit of spice. Lovely with salmon, it’s also great in chicken and prawn stir-fries. Or go wild and try using it as a tasty marinade for chicken.

Chilli con carne paste

Smoked paprika, chipotle chillies, coriander, cumin and chocolate (yes, really) combine to make this Mexican-inspired paste. Whether you want to make a delicious chilli con carne in under 30 minutes, or chicken fajitas that taste totally different, it’s a great addition to anyone’s store cupboard. 

Katsu paste

Inspired by the Japanese, Katsu curry consists of crispy breaded chicken served with a mound of rice and vegetables topped with rich and glossy curry sauce. This paste is a simple, easy, quick, fruity and mild curry sauce which can be used for a quick midweek meal. Simply add water to the paste and heat in the microwave or in a saucepan. Pour the sauce over breaded chicken breast and rice and add soya beans.

Tikka spice blend

The two sachets in our spice kit are all it takes to make a really easy chicken tikka masala. Use the first sachet to marinate the chicken, then add the second sachet during cooking for extra depth of flavour. The quick recipe on the packet makes a delicious curry for 4 people - or, of course, you can use your imagination. Try mixing the sachets together with a bit of oil, to make a rub or marinade for meat. Delicious.

Tagine spice blend

Middle Eastern flavours are big this summer, so try using our spice blend to make a classic Moroccan tagine. The recipe on the packet serves 4 people and goes well with buttered cous cous. Or you can add a tablespoon of oil to make an instant meat marinade. 

Korma spice blend

This 2 sachet kit with whole spices and blended spice seasoning will help you create an authentic inspired Indian korma curry. Follow the easy on pack recipe to create a delicious fruity chicken korma. The second seasoning sachet can also be used as a marinade or a rub.
