Recipe method
1. Place lemon rind and juice, crushed garlic, mint, olive oil and seasoning in a glass bowl. Mix together to combine.
2. Add turkey steaks and toss to coat. Leave to marinate for 1 hour in fridge.
3. Barbecue over hot coals or griddle for 3 minutes each side until cooked through. Serve with potato salad, tomatoes and rocket.
