Co-op supports parkrun, the UK’s largest running movement. Together we want to create a healthier community through exercise, food and lifestyle. Join us and the rest of your community to walk, jog, run and eat together.
Over the coming weeks we’ll be attending the parkrun events below where we’ll be handing out goodie boxes full of good food, inspiration and ideas to keep you healthy. Join us and the rest of your community to jog, run and eat together.
Small swaps can lead to great health benefits. We’ve got lots of ideas on how you can easily swap ingredients to make healthier meals that will give you the energy you need for your parkrun. You’ve probably got some ideas of your own and we’d love to hear about them. Tag us @coopukfood and share your favourite #HealthySwaps
