1. This promotion is open to all residents in the GB mainland (England, Scotland, Wales) aged 18 years and over, excluding employees of Nestlé UK Limited, Co-operative Group Limited and its subsidiaries, their agents or anyone who is professionally associated with this promotion. Keep original itemised till receipt to claim.
2. To enter simply purchase one jar of Nescafé Gold Blend size 200g or one jar of Nescafé Gold Crema 200g in participating The co-operative food stores between 06.02.13 and 26.02.13, visit www.co-operativefood.co.uk/fallinlove and enter your till receipt transaction code with your name and email address details. Winners will be subject to a verification process and will be required to post their original The Co-operative receipt showing the product purchase between 06.02.13 and 26.02.13 to Gold Blend Promotion, Golley Retail, 5-8 Richmond Terrace, Otley Road, Guiseley, Leeds LS20 8BP, in order to be able to claim their prize. The Promoter will not be liable for receipts not received, delayed or incorrect. No photocopies accepted, proof of sending is not proof of receipt by the Promoter. All receipts must be received by the Promoter on or before 12.04.13 or claims will become invalid.
3. The Promoter will not be liable for entries or claims not received, incomplete, delayed or not included in the draw for any technical reasons. No bulk or third party entries accepted. Winners will be drawn from all entries received by the specified closing date. The closing date for receipt of entries is 26.02.13 and all entries must be received by no later than 23.59 on this date. Eighty winners will be drawn on 01.03.13. The draw will be conducted by an independent person or an independently audited random computer process.
4. There are 80 prizes to be won. Each prize is £50 worth of The Co-operative vouchers. No one person may win more than one prize. The vouchers will be posted to the winners following receipt by the Promoter of the winner’s proof of purchase. The vouchers are valid from the date of receipt. Prizes are as stated and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged. There is no cash alternative. Prizes are subject to The co-operative’s terms and conditions as stated on the reverse of the vouchers: The National Co-operative Gift Voucher is redeemable at all societies. It can be used in full or part payment for goods and services offered at your local Co-operative Food Store as well as Co-operative Travel, Co-operative Pharmacy and Co-operative Motor Group. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash nor will they be accepted by banks.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to verify any entrants identify before awarding a prize.
7. The winners will be notified by email by 15.03.13. A winners list (name and county) will be available after this date by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Winners List Fall In Love, Golley Retail, 5-8 Richmond Terrace, Otley Road, Guiseley, Leeds LS20 8BP. In the event of the claim for a prize not being received by the Promoter within 28 days of such notification, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another winner selected at random from all valid entries received by the closing date. In the event of any dispute the decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. By entering the prize draw, the winners consent to participate in any reasonable publicity required for and on behalf of the Promoter, and all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to Nestlé UK Ltd for the purposes of the administration of this promotion only.
9. Entry to the prize draw shall constitute your acceptance of these terms and conditions and your agreement to be bound by them. These terms and conditions take effect immediately on your entry to the prize draw. If these terms and conditions are not accepted in full, then you should not enter this prize draw. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time should circumstances make this unavoidable. The prize draw and the terms and conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales.
10. Owing to exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions at any stage but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
